EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Nana was born Nov 9, 1978 in Tianeti and raised in Akhalgori. She graduated from Shota Rustaveli Theatre and Film Georgian State University – Bachelor of Art in Cultural Study. A few years later established Non-Governmental Organization – “For Better Future” in Akhalgori and started working on women and youth issues.
​
After the war of August in 2008, the Akhalgori population moved to Tserovani IDP settlement and NGO “For Better Future”, led by Nana, started operating in a totally new direction - to build a strong IDP community and promote the economic and social welfare of women and youth through self-empowerment equal representation.

Ekaterine zaridze

INTERNATIONAL PROJECT MANAGER

Ekaterine was born in August 13th, 1993, in Akhalgori. She graduated Tbilisi State University - Bachelor of Arts in Arabic Studies. Since 2015, she is a part of FBF team and manages international projects.

SALOME MINDIASHVILI

YOUTH PROGRAM MANAGER

Salome was born in May 14th 1996 in Gori. She graduated from the Tbilisi State University - bachelor of social and political science. She is studying for her master's degree at the Tbilisi State University of applied social psychology.

Salome has 5 years experience of  working with young people. She was working as a social worker for two years. Salome joined FBF in July 2018 and currently is a trainer and  youth program manager

ANA AKHLOURI

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Ana was born on September 9, 1999, in Akhalgori. She is studying Economics at Tbilisi State University.
Since 2019 Ana coordinates local projects at For Better Future  and manages Social Media at Ikorta Social Enterprise.Ana was born on September 9, 1999, in Akhalgori. She is studying Economics at Tbilisi State University.

RUSudan morbeDadze

FINANCIAL MANAGER

Rusudan was born on October 12, 1986, in Akhalgori. She graduated from Tbilisi State University- Bachelor of Arts in Humanities. 
Since 2017, Rusudan has been actively working in Enamel Jewelry Studio Ikorta, a social enterprise founded by the FBF and is responsible for the financial management of projects implemented by the organization.
